Terms & Condition's

Terms and conditions apply. Available to new and upgrading Brand Partners only. Product selection varies by kit and availability. Kit contents, pricing, points, and PV are subject to change.

Each kit is designed to provide Brand Partners with a broad product experience. For this reason, kit selections are limited to one product pack per kit selected, and single products are limited to a maximum of two of any individual products.

Kit-related rewards, points, and benefits (including SSR points and earning tier eligibility, where applicable) apply only when a kit is purchased within 60 days of initial Brand Partner Start or upgrade.

Where multiple kits are purchased, rewards, points, and benefits do not stack. Only the highest-tier kit purchased within the 60-day eligibility period will apply. Kits purchased outside the 60-day eligibility period will receive SSR points only; other benefits, including trip points, will not apply.

If a kit is purchased as part of a discounted or promotional offer, associated product volume (PV), points, or benefits may be adjusted accordingly.

This PV adjustment applies to Brand Partner Kits purchased from 1 July.

Brand Partner membership includes a one-year subscription. After the first year, membership renews annually using the main credit card on file at $94.95 AUD / $99.95 NZD (unless you opt out). Earnings, rewards, and incentives are based on personal activity and are not guaranteed.

Amare ANZ policies and procedures apply.

FAQ'S For New Brand Partners

1. Who are the Brand Partner Kits for?

Brand Partner Kits are available to new and upgrading Brand Partners. They are designed to help your new Brand Partner experience a broad range of Amare products so they can share their wellness experience with confidence.

2. Do I need to purchase a kit when I enrol?

No. You can enrol as a Brand Partner without purchasing a kit. If you enrol through a Brand Partner membership promotion, you can still purchase a kit within 60 days of your enrolment and receive the associated kit benefits.  Example: If you enrol as a Brand Partner in July using a free membership promotion, you can purchase a kit anytime within the next 60 days and still be eligible for the kit’s rewards, points, and benefits.

3. When does the 60-day eligibility period start?

The 60-day eligibility period begins from the date you enrol or upgrade as a Brand Partner, not from when you purchase your first kit.

4. How long am I eligible for full kit benefits?

You are eligible for full kit benefits when a kit is purchased within 60 days of your initial Brand Partner enrolment or upgrade.

5. Can I choose the products in my kit?

Yes. Each kit allows you to select the products yourself, within the kit structure and product limits. Product availability may vary.

6. Why are there limits on product selection within kits?

Each kit is designed to provide variety and product experience. For this reason, each kit includes one product pack per kit, and single products are limited to a maximum of two of any individual products. This helps ensure a balanced experience across the range rather than duplication.

7. Can I purchase more than one kit?

Yes, kits may be purchased more than once. However, kit-related rewards, points, and benefits apply only once within the 60-day eligibility period, based on the highest-tier kit purchased.

8. What happens if I purchase more than one kit within 60 days?

If multiple kits are purchased within the 60-day eligibility period, benefits do not stack. Only the highest-tier kit purchased within that period will apply.  Example: If you enrol in March and purchase a Core Kit, then later purchase a Momentum Kit within 60 days, the Momentum Kit benefits will apply.

9. What happens if I purchase a kit after the 60-day period?

If a kit is purchased outside the 60-day eligibility period, only SSR points will apply. Other benefits, including trip points or earning tier eligibility, will not apply to kits purchased outside the 60-day window.

10. Do Brand Partner Kits include free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders that include a Brand Partner Kit. Additional items can be added to the same order, and free shipping will still apply.

11. What does the one-year Brand Partner membership include?

Each kit includes a one-year Brand Partner membership, which provides access to share links to the Amare website to order from you, the Amare Hub including training, resources, and business tools, Amare Builder to support sharing and team growth, and the Amare Compensation Plan, enabling eligibility to earn commissions, rewards, and incentives (subject to activity and qualification requirements). After the first year, Brand Partner membership renews automatically at $94.95 AUD or $99.95 NZD.

12. How do trip points work with Brand Partner Kits?

When a Brand Partner Kit is purchased within the 60-day eligibility period, trip points may apply toward the current Path to Paradise incentive trip, subject to the specific qualification rules in place at the time. The new enrolling Brand Partner earns the trip points advertised on the Brand Partner Kit information, these count as a starting bonus toward their own Path to Paradise qualification (where applicable). The enrolling sponsor of the new Brand Partner also earns trip points based on the Personal Volume (PV) of the kit which their new Brand Partner has enrolled on. Trip point eligibility, allocation, and qualification requirements vary by incentive period. For full details, refer to the relevant Path to Paradise article in the Hub.

13. What Amare Swag is included with Brand Partner Kits?

Each Brand Partner Kit includes Amare branded swag as a complimentary gift. The number of swag items included depends on the kit selected: Core Kit 1 swag item, Momentum Kit 2 swag items, All In Kit 3 swag items. Swag items are customisable and able to be selected at the time of enrolling. Swag offerings may change from time to time and are subject to availability.

14. Does a BP enrolment on a kit paid for by AfterPay count towards my Focus on Five?

Yes, AfterPay on Brand Partner Kit purchases DOES count towards your FO5, Me&3, and Focus on Five incentives (this is exclusive to Brand Partner Kits).

15. Are earnings or rewards guaranteed?

No. Earnings, rewards, points, and incentives are based on personal activity and are not guaranteed.

16. Where can I find the full rules?

All kits are subject to Amare ANZ Policies and Procedures, which apply at all times.

17. What does the Subscribe & Save Reward (SSR) points benefit mean?

Normally you earn your % tier of SSR points back on your orders based on how long you have been ordering on S&S in the program. A key benefit of enrolling as a Brand Partner on a Kit is that it fast tracks you to a higher percentage benefit instantly. So all your future orders = more product points towards your product rewards in SSR!

18. What is the difference between PV and CV, and does this change with the update?

PV (Personal Volume) and CV (Commissionable Volume) are different volume types used within the Amare Compensation Plan. From July 1st, PV on Brand Partner Kits have been updated. CV remains at the standard level for each kit. This means the update lifts PV for rank and incentive purposes. While CV, which relates to commission calculations, stays consistent.

FAQs for Enrolling Brand Partners

Why is supporting a new Brand Partner to start well so important?

At Amare, success is defined by how many people we help succeed. When someone you enrol starts with confidence, product experience, and belief, it doesn’t just benefit them, it positively impacts their family, their community, and the people they’ll go on to support. Brand Partner Kits exist to help new Brand Partners experience the products properly, so they can share authentically and build something sustainable. When they win, everyone wins.

Why do I help them choose the Kit that is right for them?

Best practice is to guide, not send someone shopping.

Start by understanding why they’re joining, what they’re most excited about, and any budget considerations. Where possible, have them complete the Mental Wellness Quiz and Hair Wellness Quiz so product choices align with real needs (these are also great tools to demonstrate how simple sharing can be).

For most new Brand Partners, the Momentum Kit is the natural starting point. It sits in the middle, offers strong product experience and value, and provides enough confidence to begin sharing. Position it as the recommended option, while making it clear there’s an easy step up or step down depending on what feels right for them.

The gold-standard approach is a short call or Zoom where you share your screen and walk through the kit selection together.

The second-best option is to ask the right questions, build the cart for them, and share the checkout link.

Tip: Avoid simply sending a website link and assuming they’ll figure it out. Your role as the sponsor is to remove friction, simplify choices, and help them start with clarity and confidence.

How does helping them start well improve their chances of success?

Brand Partners who begin with broader product experience are more likely to feel confident sharing from personal use, stay active beyond the first 30 to 90 days, build belief through results rather than pressure, and naturally invite others when the time feels right. Helping someone choose a kit that fits them isn’t about selling, it’s about setting them up for long-term success.

How does this support stronger teams and better duplication?

When Brand Partners start well, they tend to reorder more consistently, share products more naturally, and duplicate a simple, choice-led starting point. This leads to healthier teams, better retention, and sustainable growth.

How does enrolling someone on a kit support my organisation’s growth?

Brand Partner Kit purchases contribute Personal Volume (PV) into your organisation, supporting rank qualification and maintenance (where applicable), team momentum, and participation in growth and incentive programs. This volume is created through healthy starts, not pressure-driven activity.

Do I earn Trip Points when someone I enrol purchases a kit?

Yes. As the enrolling sponsor of a new Brand Partner, you earn Trip Points based on the Personal Volume (PV) of your new Brand Partner’s first kit order:

  • Core Kit (300 PV): 15 Trip Points
  • Momentum Kit (525 PV): 20 Trip Points
  • All In Kit (800 PV): 20 Trip Points

These figures reflect the July 1st PV adjustment.

You earn Trip Points from your Brand Partner’s first three orders, in line with the Path to Paradise qualification criteria. For full details, refer to the Path to Paradise terms in the Hub.

Do I earn commission when a new Brand Partner starts with a kit?

Yes. When your personally enrolled Brand Partner purchases a Brand Partner Kit as their first order, you earn commission in line with the ANZ Compensation Plan, based on your eligibility as the enrolling sponsor.

Is enrolling someone on a kit about personal gain?

No. The system rewards you when you help others succeed, it does not reward pressure or upselling. The greatest benefit comes from supporting someone to start in a way that feels right for them. When Brand Partners succeed, stay active, and duplicate confidently, the rewards naturally follow.

Brand Partner Kits are not about selling more - they’re about helping people start well.
