Subscribe & Save Rewards (SSR) - Your Points, Your Rewards (ANZ)

What is the SSR Program?

The Subscribe & Save Rewards (SSR) program rewards you for something you're already doing - ordering consistently each month. Every qualifying Subscribe & Save order earns you points. The longer you stay consistent, the more you earn back.

It's that simple.

How to Qualify

Place a Subscribe & Save order of at least US$50 / AU$67 / NZ$72 within the calendar month. That's all it takes to qualify and start earning points. Points are also earned on S&S orders you place through Global Shop.

How Points Work

The longer you stay on Subscribe & Save, the higher your earn rate - up to 25% back on every order.

You also earn 100% of any shipping amount paid as points. Points are awarded at the start of the following month and are ready to use immediately.

How to Redeem

Log in at amare.com and go to Settings > Subscribe & Save Rewards to check your balance and redeem.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Points can be redeemed for eligible Amare products only - packs excluded
  • Products must be fully paid by points, no partial redemptions
  • A redemption fee of AU$12.95 / NZ$14.95 applies per 100 points redeemed
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • Points expire 12 months from the date they are awarded

Don't Miss a Month

Your points balance and earn percentage both depend on placing a qualifying order each month. If you miss a month, you have one grace period available - this protects your points balance and keeps your earn rate intact. Grace periods do not accrue and reset every 12 months once used. If you miss a qualifying month without a grace period available, your points balance is forfeited and your earn rate resets to 10%.

 

Share Amare - Earn Even More

The Subscribe & Save Rewards program is separate from your Refer a Friend; Share Amare product credits

  • Send someone you love your Share Amare link - they save $10 on their first order and you receive a product credit just for sharing something you believe in. 
  • Find your Share Amare link in your account drop-down menu. 
  • Maximum 3 product credits per month. Customers only.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I check my points balance? Log in at amare.com and go to Settings > Subscribe & Save Rewards.
  • When do my points land in my account? Points are awarded at the start of the following month after your qualifying order processes.
  • Do I earn points on shipping? Yes - 100% of any shipping amount paid converts to points.
  • Do I earn points on tax? No - tax is excluded from points calculations.
  • Can I earn points on Global Shop orders? Yes - any orders placed through the Global Shop cart within the same qualifying month also earn points.
  • When do points expire? Points expire 12 months from the date they are awarded to your account.
  • What happens if I miss a month? Your one grace period will be used automatically to protect your balance and earn rate. If you have no grace period available, your points are forfeited and your earn rate resets to 10%.
  • Can I choose not to use my grace period? No - it applies automatically.
  • How often does my grace period reset? Once used, your grace period resets after 12 months. Grace periods do not accrue.
  • Is there a cost to redeem points? Yes - a redemption fee of AU$12.95 / NZ$14.95 applies per 100 points redeemed. This fee cannot be paid with points.
  • Can I redeem points for packs? No - packs are excluded from the SSR redemption program.
  • Can I transfer my points to someone else? No - points are non-transferable and tied to your account only.
  • What if I return an order that earned points? The points from that order will be removed from your account.
  • What if I return a product I've used SSR points to purchase? Your points are not returned if products are returned.
  • Can I use partial points on a product? No - products must be fully paid by points. You can however add other items to your cart alongside a points redemption, which are paid by your normal payment method.
