Q: Why is the bottle so small?
A: The small but mighty bottle is equivalent to one twice its size. The Rootist™ has crafted a concentrated
shampoo that allows you to use only half your usual amount. There is no added water or any other filler,
instead The Rootist™ replaces added water with it’s patent-pending Rootbiomic Ferment ™.
Q: Will this shampoo work on my hair?
A: The shampoo is made for all hair types and textures with a concern of fine or thinning hair. It is also
suitable for chemically-treated hair, colour-treated hair, and all scalp types.
Q: How often should I use the Densify Concentrated Shampoo?
A: The shampoo is meant to be used regularly whenever you wash your hair as part of your wellness
ritual for roots, scalp, and hair.
Q: Do I need to dilute this shampoo? What if I’m not seeing lather?
A: You don't need to dilute the shampoo. If you need more lather, apply the shampoo, then slightly wet
your head while working it through your hair. If that doesn't do it, the issue may be build up on your
scalp and hair.
Q: Is the bottle recyclable?
A: The bottle is made from aluminium and easily recyclable, however the pump should be disposed
of separately.
Q: Is the shampoo fragrance free?
A: Both the Densify Concentrated Shampoo and Densify Concentrated Conditioner contain less than
1% of synthetic fragrance and The Rootist™ only formulates with fragrances that are tested for scalp
safety, formulated without phthalates and conform with IFRA standards.
Q: How long will a bottle of Densify Concentrated Shampoo last?
A: The use up rate of Densify Concentrated Shampoo will depend on how often you apply, but on
average if used 2-3x/ week on medium length and medium density hair it can last 4 – 5 months.
Q: Is the Densify Shampoo vegan and cruelty free?
A: The Rootist never tests on animals, and all their products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan friendly.

Q: Can I use the Densify Shampoo if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Only your obstetrician can tell you what's safe for you. Consult your physician if you are pregnant,
nursing, taking a prescription drug, or have a medical condition.
