Densify Concentrated Conditioner FAQ's

Q: Why is the bottle so small?

A: The small but mighty bottle is equivalent to one twice its size. The Rootist™ has crafted a concentrated
conditioner that allows you to use only half your usual amount. There is no added water or any other filler,
instead The Rootist replaces added water with their patent-pending Rootbiomic Ferment™ and other
nourishing ingredients for a less wasteful and powerful formula.

Q: Why does this conditioner feel so different?

A: The Rootist™ Densify Concentrated Conditioner is different, from being ultra-concentrated to how it's
formulated to how it works. Typical conditioners are loaded with silicones and heavy conditioning agents
that coat hair and disrupt the scalp creating the feeling of moisture and softness on the hair's surface.
This conditioner was crafted without any heavy coating ingredients. Instead, it's designed to nourish from
within without disrupting the scalp or getting in the way of healthier hair.

Q: Is the conditioner fragrance free?

A: Both the Densify Concentrated Shampoo and Densify Concentrated Conditioner contain less than
1% of synthetic fragrance and The Rootist™ only formulates with fragrances that are tested for scalp
safety, formulated without phthalates and conform with IFRA standards.

Q: Is the bottle recyclable?

A: The bottle is made from aluminium and easily recyclable, however the pump should be disposed
of separately.

Q: How long will a bottle of Densify Concentrated Conditioner last?

A: The use up rate of Densify Concentrated Conditioner will depend on how often you apply, but on
average if used 2-3x/ week on medium length and medium density hair it can last 4 – 5 months.

Q. Is the Densifying Serum vegan and cruelty free?

A: The Rootist never tests on animals, and all their products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan friendly.
They are also Leaping Bunny certified.

Q: Can I use the Densify Conditioner if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: Only your obstetrician can tell you what's safe for you. Consult your physician if you are pregnant,
nursing, taking a prescription drug, or have a medical condition.
